1. About These Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of this website and the wholesale services provided by Prime Source Cosmetic & Perfume Sp. z o.o. ("we", "us", "our"), operating under the "Source Parfums" trade brand. By using the site or applying for a trade account, you agree to these Terms.

2. Business Customers Only

This is a business-to-business (B2B) wholesale platform intended for companies buying for resale or professional use. It is not directed at consumers, and no retail sales are made through it. By registering, you confirm that you are acting on behalf of a business and are authorised to do so.

3. Account Registration & Approval

To access wholesale features you must submit accurate business information, including your registered company name, VAT details, and supporting documentation. Applications are reviewed and approved manually. We may approve, decline, or request further information at our discretion, and we may suspend or close accounts that provide false information or breach these Terms. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under your account.

4. Pricing & Confidentiality

Wholesale prices and quantity tiers are visible only to approved trade accounts and are provided to you on a confidential basis. You agree not to disclose, publish, or share our pricing with third parties outside your organisation. All prices, quotations, and estimates are indicative until confirmed in a formal order, and are exclusive of VAT, shipping, duties, and other charges unless stated otherwise.

5. Orders & Quotations

Requests submitted through the site (including order and quotation requests) are invitations to do business and do not by themselves create a binding contract. A sale is concluded only when we confirm an order in writing. Product availability, minimum quantities, and delivery terms are subject to confirmation, and we reserve the right to decline or limit any request.

6. Acceptable Use

• Use the site only for lawful, legitimate business purposes.
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, other accounts, or our systems.
• Do not scrape, copy, or resell catalogue content or pricing beyond your internal business use.
• Do not upload malicious code or misuse the messaging and request features.

7. Intellectual Property

The site, its content, branding, and layout are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the site for the purpose of your wholesale relationship with us. No other rights are granted.

8. Availability & Changes

We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we may modify, suspend, or withdraw features at any time. We may also update these Terms; continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. The specific commercial terms of any confirmed order — including warranties, delivery, and liability for goods — are governed by the order confirmation and any separate supply agreement between us.

10. Governing Law & Contact
